What is the difference between Jetnumbers for skype and Skype In?

What is an online number?
An online number is your own personal telephone number people can call you on, but which you answer directly on your Skype.
With an online number friends who aren’t using Skype can reach you by dialling your online number - you receive and answer the call in Skype no matter where you are in the world.
How does Jetnumbers for Skype work?
You get a token. Then you use it to get an online number in one of the 40 locations and your friends, family or business contacts can call that number and only pay for a standard rate call – the online number uses the internet to route the call. It makes absolutely no difference wherever you are; you can pick up the call at no cost to you, as you are logged into Skype.
How do I get a token?
To get a token you have to subscribe to the waiting list which you can find at JetNumbers for Skype
Why is it that when I call my online number nothing happens?
You must ensure that your computer is on and Skype is running in order for the call to come through. If you are not logged into Skype the call will either ring busy or be redirected to voicemail according to your voicemail preferences.
You must also ensure that you are using the latest version of Skype.
Why can't some of my friends call me?
Because part of your call is being routed through the regular telephone network, the call might not always be 100% reliable. PSTN calls rely on traditional phone networks which may have fluctuations in capacity and quality of termination.
Can I have more than one online number ?
Yes, you can have more than one online number registered to your Skype account.
For each online number you have to get a different token.
Can I get an online number in a different country (from which I reside)?
Yes, it is possible to have online numbers in more than one of the available countries regardless of where you are currently living.
However in some countries, local regulations may not allow you to have a number if you do not reside there.
How much will it cost my friends to call my online number?
Your online number is a regular phone number so any charges that might regularly occur from calling a number in that location still apply.
An example: If you have an online number in New York and a friend living in New York calls you from a regular landline they will not be charged anything. But if a friend in Los Angeles calls your New York number they will get charged the long distance fees that they would normally get charged for a Los Angeles to New York call.
Just think of your online number as a regular phone number.
Can I use my home [existing] number to use as my online number?
No. Unfortunately online numbers must come from a pre-selected range provided by us.
Can someone reach my online number from another country?
Yes, online numbers act as regular phone numbers and are reachable from anywhere in the world. Just remember though, long distance charges might apply if someone is calling your number from another country.
Also, some phone plans may not support calling specific ranges of special numbers (such as "non-geographic&" (0845) numbers in the UK), and you might not be able to call an online number based on that outbound calling plan.
Can more than one Skype Name share an online number?
No, currently this option is not available.
Can I forward calls to my online number?
Yes, you can forward a call to your online number as you would with any other phone call.
